How to Order

Head to our online store, pick your soaps, and check out. We keep everything online so our tiny team can focus on making soap instead of shuffling paperwork, which helps us keep prices down. Plus, you can shop in your pajamas at 2 AM.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx and Discover. All cards are charged in real time at checkout so be sure your order is correct before finalizing it. We cannot make adjustments later.

Coupon Codes

If available, coupon codes cannot be applied after you check out. They must be entered correctly before finalizing your order. Sign up for our retail mailing list to receive our exclusive money saving codes. You don't need any coupon codes to get the free bars or free shipping. These deals are automatically added to qualifying orders.

Shipping & Handling

AWSB ships retail orders to the USA only within 1-3 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. $100 retail orders (before shipping) automatically ship free (Continental U.S. only, our choice of carrier, normally USPS). Entering an incorrect shipping address will result in additional charges if we have to re-ship or re-route your order.

Returns & Refunds

All retail orders come with a 14 day money back guarantee. Simply return any unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery with the sales receipt and a note stating your reason for return and we'll refund your original purchase price. Be sure to pack the items well with plenty of padding to prevent any movement within the box. We can only refund your money if the items arrive in perfect, like new condition. Shipping is not refundable.

Additions & Cancellations

We cannot make changes or cancellations once your online order has been placed.

Backorders

We very rarely run out of stock, but if an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified via email.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

For incorrect or damaged goods, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days of receipt. Photos may be required. If you suspect your package was lost, contact us immediately. If you suspect your package was stolen, please file a mail theft complaint. We are not responsible for missing packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. Issues with orders reported after 14 days of being marked delivered cannot be resolved and there are no exceptions to this.

Catalog

In an effort to save trees and to keep costs down, AWSB does not offer a printed catalog.

Animal Testing

Of course we do not test on animals...only humans. :) Almost all of our products are vegan too, but a couple of items do contain beeswax or goat's milk. Check each product's ingredient list to be sure.

Disclaimer

Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend testing our products first by using them on a small patch of skin for 24 hours. If redness or irritation develops, discontinue use.
