Office Hours: We're here on MON-THURS (THE OFFICE IS CLOSED ON FRIDAY), but we don't answer our phone due to the high number of spam calls. Use our contact form to reach us.
How to Order: PLEASE USE THE FAIRE BUTTON ABOVE FOR YOUR FIRST WHOLESALE ORDER WITH US. This provides you with some great perks and it insures that we're not charged any commission. We have a $150 minimum opening order and a $200 minimum reorder on Faire.com. You'll be asked by Faire to create an account and your business credentials will be checked. Contact Faire for any questions or problems arising from their site. Note: We only sell to brick and mortar stores on Faire.com and we no longer accept phone or email orders.
Texas Retailers: You may be asked to furnish a signed Texas Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate.
Other Websites: You are NOT AUTHORIZED to sell our products on Amazon, eBay, Jet, Etsy, or any other third party website! NO EXCEPTIONS. Violators will lose wholesale status. It's OK to sell on your store website if you have a brick and mortar store also. We do not sell to online only stores.
Best By Dates: Our products have a "best by" date sticker on the bottom which is approximately one year from the date of manufacture. Please do not remove or cover up this date! Do not sell any product that is near or past this date either. It's OK to use an out of date soap (use, not sell), but the quality won't be optimum. For maximum freshness, we suggest you purchase only what you expect to sell within 2 or 3 months. It's always better to place smaller more frequent orders.
Care/Storage/Display: Handmade soaps MUST be stored and displayed in a climate controlled (cooled or heated to room temp), DRY environment away from excessive heat, direct sunlight, and humidity. Too much humidity in the air will cause them to sweat and lose their scent. It's a good idea to keep them in the boxes (darkness) they came in until you're ready to display them. Never display natural products in direct sunlight as this will degrade them. Don't display our soaps in baskets or by stacking them on top of each other either as they will get shop worn very quickly.
Shipping/Handling: We ship via UPS Ground to the USA only in 1-5 business days. Remember, we're closed on Friday. You'll receive confirmation with a tracking # when your order ships. Day 1 is the day after your package leaves our facility in TX.
Changes: We cannot make changes after your order has been processed so please make sure it's correct before you check out.
Returns: All wholesale sales are final unless we've made an error or there's damage in shipping. If that happens, message us on Faire and we'll make it right. Faire accepts free returns for 60 days on the first order you place with any brand. Contact support@faire.com for more info.
Incorrect, Damaged or Stolen Goods: Save all boxes and contents and contact us within 3 business days of receipt. Photos may be required. It's your responsibility to provide a secure delivery location. We are not responsible for packages after they're marked delivered by the carrier.
Minimum Price Policy: Do not set your retail prices (even sale prices) lower than 15% off the regular online retail prices shown on our retail site awildsoapbar.com. Selling too low hurts all of us.
Animal Testing: All of our products are cruelty free and almost all of our products are vegan. A couple contain beeswax or goat's milk, so check each ingredient list to verify.
Giving Back: 1% of our gross annual revenue (not just profit) is donated each year to several carefully vetted non-profits through our ongoing partnership with 1% For The Planet. They verify and document our donations every year.
