My hubby really likes this soap and he's pretty picky.

I recommend this amazing plastic-use free shampoo. It is so difficult to find shampoos with only natural ingredients. I am very happy I found one!

I first learned about AWSB when I picked up a bar of Yucca Root and one of the Prickly Pear at the Petroglyph National Monument visitors' center. The aroma (for both bars) was irresistible. I've never been one to splurge on fancy soaps. That's changed. I've sworn off of liquid soaps and may very never buy soap from any where else. I bought 3 bars of the Yucca Root and 2 Prickly Pair this last time. I suspect they won't last long.

After trying a few handmade/castille soaps as shampoo I was feeling disheartened about switching to a bar. I chose a wild soap bar for sustainability merit, great reviews, affordable price, and being a TX based company (woot!), and I could not be more pleased at having stuck with it and just trying an "official" shampoo bar. The only thing I'm still trying to figure out is reducing skin buildup (which sounds super gross). I don't really get dandruff, it's not flaky and dry, but maybe this is just normal since I'm not using harsher commercial shampoos. I also always follow with a variation of their suggested vinegar rinse (I use rice water and half the suggested vinegar) to condition my hair as I'm scared of it breaking without some form of conditioner. It smells great too!!! Nothing but love and can't wait to try more products and hopefully buy in a store when I'm home for the holidays.
