I first found this soap in Terlingua while on a West Texas/Big Bend road trip. I bought a single bar of the Desert Sage because it smelled like the park and I figured it would be a nice souvenir. Once I got home to Colorado and used it for the first time, I was hooked. The sage smell brings me back to our campsite on the Rio Grande every time I use it, plus it feels great on my dry, sensitive skin. The sage smells lingers in the best way possible, it's totally gender neutral, and I feel like it keeps me smelling fresh, longer (dirty hippie here: I don't shower every day and typically skip deodorant). I was SO sad when that first bar ran out, and was so relieved to find Wild Soap online. The free bar that comes with larger orders is such a treat, too! Will continue to order this until I'm back in Texas and can stock up in person.
I discovered this soap in April 2020. My hands were raw from washing and nothing seemed work or last. After a week of using the soap at least twice a day everything healed and no more pain or bleeding. Best ever
I used this soap in a relaxing bath. I found the scent strong enough to add to the atmosphere, but not overpowering. I loved the slight texture in the bar as well, and found my skin to be clean and soft when done. I will definitely buy this again, and maybe try some of the other soaps.
On a road trip driving through New Mexico, a brief stop at the Capulin Volcano (well worth the visit) we came across this amazing smelling soap in the visitor center / gift shop. Now we are on 3rd round of soaps from AWSB. Every flavor we have tried so far is my favorite. This year it will be included with our Christmas gist to friends. Keep up the good work.
I use this soap in the shower. The scent makes me feel as if I am outdoors in some beautiful place, and it lasts and lasts. But it is also gentle and, unlike other soaps, does not dry or irritate my skin. I will not use any other soap in the shower.
