I am happy that I found this product from this great company. I found them while searching for A Sage soap from Tom’s of Maine that is no longer on the market. Sage is a natural body de-odorizer that works great for those of us who can’t stand perfume laden toxic soaps on the market that strip all moisture from your skin. If you need a good body soap or hand soap try the soaps made by this company that uses the best materials and makes them in the USA.
Summers in my area are very hot and humid--not good for someone that has eczema! Unfortunately I ran out of Desert Sage and had to use a "deodorant" bar. Bad idea. Rough patch of skin returned and worsened, even after applying liquid vitamin C and prescription medicine. Went back to Desert Sage and in two days, my skin was normal again. Beats the price of a doctor's visit and meds any day. Plus I love the fresh, natural scent. My skin thanks you!
I really like this soap brand! Desert Sage is one of my favorites! The bars make my skin feel nourished and clean, not dry. I have actually switched over to natural bars completely! Thank you Wild Soap for making such good products!
Love the smell and it lasts forever unlike so many other scented soaps.
The safe soap is perfect for me. A relaxing sent, cleans my skin, and no itching afterward.
This soap has a light, calming, herbal scent. It lathers well, and it looks like this bar will last awhile. I have been storing the soaps I use in small, plastic, lidded containers on the outside side of my tub to keep them away from the shower spray. They make a room smell so nice! This soap also soothes a skin irritation that comes and goes that I have on the top of my foot for which I have tried just about every anti-itching cream that is on the market. Having ditched them all for being a waste of time and money, as well as being loaded with toxic chemicals, I now use only witch hazel for this irritation. (I have also noticed that tea tree oil is good for itching.) Being in a hot shower usually starts the itching up again. This soap immediately calms it. What a great soap! Natural is best! I feel like a kid in a candy store trying all of the Wild Soaps I recently purchased. It is such fun, and so rewarding! I discovered them on the Eco Candles website. As I'm someone who is always washing my hands, I am strongly considering purchasing the odds and ends set of soaps, and eventually ditching store soap altogether. Store soap is not cheap anymore, by the way, and there are not as many brands as there used to be it seems. I now just mainly use bar soap for washing my hands. It is less irritating than that in containers. I was looking at a label of some off-brand, hand soap I purchased quite some time ago, and I simply could not believe what I found on the label. It was the worst one I have ever seen. I bought it when hand soap was scarce, and I was also lured in by the lemon verbena on the label. (My "favorite" labels - and I'm being sarcastic here - are those that say "no parabens, no this, no that, and approved by so and so," in big letters on the front, and when you read the fine print on the back, you see that is simply not true.) That container soap will be going out with the next trash. Our skin is considered to be the largest organ of our body. Anything you put on it goes directly into your body. Natural is best! I love Wild Soaps made in Texas, USA!:)
